Our Mission Beyond Empanadas
At the beginning of 2025, I was invited to go on a mission trip—without knowing just how deeply it would impact my life. On June 1st, I traveled to Nampula, Mozambique, where our mission focused on visiting schools for young children and helping communities by opening wells to provide clean water.
We were blessed to help establish 15 wells during our time there. One of those wells was donated by my family to a beautiful, humble village called Muriaze. I visited this village three times during the trip, and each time, I felt more deeply connected to the people there.
Muriaze is a place where people used to walk long distances just to get water. Now, thanks to the well, they have access to clean water right in their village. But their needs don’t end there. They still lack a school and a church—two things that could transform their future.
Deeply moved and guided by God, I’ve committed to helping Muriaze take the next step. My goal is to gather enough support to help them build both a school and a church within one year.
I’m using my business, Station 10 Empanadas, and this website as a way to connect with anyone who feels called to be part of this mission. If you’d like to hear more about the people I met and the impact they’ve had on my heart, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Together, we can be a blessing to this village.
